Are you sure that in trinity->combat->barbarian you did check "Use when not on Cooldown"?

I'm testing it now in T10 runs. This routine should kill elites/goblins with nearly 100% rate, unless FC chares is OFF.
It's require trinity from first post anyway, just replace this two files.
Ye it's all the correct settings according to your screenshot, copied the trinity.xml from the zip as a base as well and haven't touched them. I am running 4 barbs however and they all work for some time and then they suddenly stop casting WotB. Tried both with and without that autofollow plugin.
Maybe WoTB on cooldow? There should be problems when 4 barbs doing the same routine, some of them should miss with Ancient Spear and in result does not proc cooldown reducion from IK4 bonus.

Nah it's off CD on all bots, I can just press the hotkey manually on the window to use the skill.
What DB version you using?
450 before and now 596, same issue in both.
Used the zip install, removed the plugins and profiles folders entirely and replaced them with yours and copied over my settings xml and battle tag folders which are based on yours but with new item rules.
This happen in solo mode?
Was about to try it but tripwire has gone active. It worked on all 4 bots for at least one rift but then it just stopped working on all 4.

Shut down all instance of DB and try agiain, seems like you have previous DB instance runing.
It works fine if you follow the same instructions. What I did is deleted all folders and files except the settings folder. Extracted the new version in the same folder from the new zip file. Deleted the plugin and profile directories. Removed the settings directory from the zip file in post 1, then extracted it in the same folder as demonbuddy. Worked just fine.
You can replace the 2 files listed on the previous page if you want, I found that when I did that, it ran out of charges a lot, which slowed things down and caused more deaths.
It does work, botting atm with no issues.
