Ground effects disappearance

Hello, can some one explain why poison tree cloud is dissapear from ZetaDia.Actors long before it stops damage? Same for couple of other ground effect molten core in example. How to check if it's still here then?

Trinity calls them spawners, and has a timer and fixed time for how long each one lasts in DataDictionary.
 
I know that, question is not about that ...

Why? because that's the way blizzard coded it and/or DB reversed it. It is the way it is.

I answered how; they are effectively invisible, but the time each one stays around is fixed, so you identify the spawner and depending on which spawner ActorSNO it is, you use a timer to know if its still there or not.
