[Ground][A - Quest] BC 58-70 [Kick]

Hey kick first of all awesome profiles already leveled one 85 with your profiles. I was wondering the quest you have to talk with the npc it doesnt want to press the sentences to complete the quest. I dont remember exactly what quest so far it does it on but I have cought it 2 or 3 times trying to complete a quest where it had to talk to them first. i need to know what quest you're talking about. theres like 400 quests in this profile
 
ahh ok I was hoping it was just a general problem because it seemed to be happening to the same kind of quest that you have to keep answering the questions. Ill have to wait to see if it happens again because I dont know which ones it was. thanks though

Sorry got the German Client. This Quest is in Questlog, the Item is in the Bag. Problem is, i kill a Netherdrake and try to use the Item. I got the Msg. i cant use this here. I tryed to reconnect, i tryed to pick up the quest again, but always the same :( I dont have the Netherdrakes a Faction, maybe thats the Problem?

Maybe there is missing the Faction Question about aldor/seher? cant learn the fligh point in shadowmoon because im not friendly with seher. i start the quest in shattrat manual, after it works perfect.
