Hey guys, im going to bot a toon but im not sure wether i should choose a grind or a quest profile.
What do you think is faster to lvl a toon/twink?

Additional info: i am wearing 4 heirloom items (chest, shoulder, cape and weapon) + 10% xp bonus from guild
class: Warrior

Would be great if someone could give an advice plus reason =)

If you are near your computer most of the time you should quest. Faster xp, looks legit, get a few quest achievements, safer and quest rewards help leveling.

But if you are going to be away most of the time you should probably grind because its more reliable.

Just do pvp instead of grinding unless you need gold or something.

leveling by pvping? never regarded that as an option to level my toon fastly.

I dont need any gold or quest rewards due to the fact, that i have enough gold to afford blues every 10 levels vom auctioneer.

pvping sound intresting...i will give a try for an hour.

Im gonna edit the results :)

when u say pvp, you mean bg bot? sorry, im noob at this

well i tested pvp...my toon lvl 38 was in warsong and we lost...finally i have got 10 percent xp goin through pvp -.- in 40 MINUTES!!!

pvp isnt a good option to my mind.

Why is it people just think you can only do one thing to level up, the beauty of HB is that you can set it to do many different things.
Mix it up so it looks like a human playing it, as for pvp levelling its just an option not an optimal path to max level.

absolutely true, who the hell of us concerns about botting in an human way?
Most of "us" want to level as fast as possible...even if you mix up grinding with instancebuddy, it will be inefficient because of the known bug when modes change...so keep grinding

you want to do it in a 'human' way as to not draw suspicion and not get banned. grinding is the most 'efficient' way, but many consider it to be the most dangerous. I'd go with smoogel's recommendation and quest when you are near the computer and you can grind from there.

at 60ish, you can do archa, which from my experience is the best combination of speed and safety.

Well technically Questing would be the most efficient way to get to max level if you can get it to run absolutely AFK.
Then again these days I just use RAF to pretty much insta boost new toons to 80 then arch them to 85.

arching as a method to run from 80 to 85?
we are talking about that profession which seems to be useless?

Grinding is only good if you want to afk for entire night or so. Questing needs more user input.

Hit the nail on the head there my man!

I'm on my first botted character and I'm using Kicks Quest Profile, it always works fine when I'm watching it, but decides to break when I leave the room, so now I set up ARelog to Quest when I'm nearby and Grind when I'm at work / asleep. Works a treat!

Although if I had the time, know-how and epicness level of Kick, I would try to create a fully 100% AFK Quest profile (Even if it involved Grinding parts of it to skip awkward Quests). Screw it, maybe I will try... How hard can it possibly be...?

all my toons level them from 85-89 by Quests from 89-90 Grind last night my monk reach level 90

if you're asking for a ban. then use grindbot to level up your chars.

Even if the Quest bot might need some assistance every now and then. Due to some quests being a bit troublesome to code/script.
I think that you would find it worthwhile to go for the questing bot.
Looks better, when or if someone is checking your character out for achives. etc to confirm if you're a bot or not.

Botted up 3 toons the last month by only using questing, runs pretty well over night aswell.
