Grinding Reputation with the help of Tabards?

Hey Folks,

I want to grind "low-level" instances with my character to get exalted at the main factions with the help of the city-tabards.

Anyone got an idea which instance gives a good amount of reputation and is long enough to not run into the cap of 3 (or is it 4) instances an hour?

Try ramparts or something... I wore the SW tabard on my 15 mage and was exalted before I was lvl 20... It shouldn't take long

I grinded to exalted for my guild rep in ragechasm, but i dont know if blizz has hot fixed it yet.
