Grinding profile request

Hi

I'd like to farm the Den Whompers (Den Whomper - NPC - World of Warcraft) in Thousand Needles for the Saltstone set (Saltstone Plate - Transmog Set - World of Warcraft my warrior. Could someone please help me make a profile for that? I won't need to loot anything but the Saltstone gear.

i can make a profile to grind them but i dont know if i can stop it looting certain items
