Grindbot on neutral mobs?

I'm unsure of how to make my grind bot profile attack neutral (yellow) mobs? I looked around for an example profile and couldn't find one (maybe I'm blind?)? If anyone could help I'd be very appreciative.

I can't seem to find the faction ID for a lot of mobs. I downloaded someone else's profile which is killing neutral crabs & turtles and they have listed faction "190" in the profile. I look up on wowhead (and a google search) and can't find anything related to faction 190. Where would I be looking to find the mob's faction?

target the mob then click on developers tools in honorbuddy
