Well when i put my Honorbuddy on grind it just stand still and nothing more but when they get into combat they works fine? can some1 help me??

you have to load a profile

nop, but ill give you a guide on how to stop being lazy and find your own stuff in 7 clicks?
1) goto : Forum, scroll down till you see ->
2) horde/alliance/neutral/farming etc. (click on what ever faction you are)
3) pick the level range, 1-85, 1-60,1-70,1-80 etc.
4) click the level range that is proper for your level
5) find a profile that says "grind/quest/etc." and download it
6) press "save as" and un-rar it (depends on the file) and throw the profile in the hb folder called "default profiles"
7) load HB, and press "Load Profile" -> select the profile, and press "Start".

There ya go, a complete guide.. Goodluck
