[Grind] Zuabros' Glorious Plate Set Farm

It is a pity that glorious legplates are such a low-drop thing, and can be basically farmed "only" at those winterspring bears, as we seldom see lvl 59ish stuff in old world.

It could be worse, anyway... at least they are skinnable. So you may end up with 4000 rugged leather after all... kkkk
 
This is a really good profile, i got alot of greens, but no breastplate yet :P


However, i have a question, it is working correctly but sometimes when i go and check how much loot i have, there are always a bunch of gladiators that are not looted, sometimes i can see my paladin inmediatly attack a new gladiator without looting, or kill two and only loot one.

And yes i am far away, but i cant really choose where i am standing, my character will automaticly stand in the middle behind the square.

Is there a fix for this?

that is ok. It will not loot mobs that are too close respawn point, to avoid agro fresh mobs and be impossible to loot things.

I tried with loot radius 5 and it was not possible, got aggro while looting. Some mobs won't be loot, this is "working as intended".
 
there is a problem with one or two of the rabid shardtooth spawns. They technically spawn in mount hyjal so when you go to loot/kill them they despawn and cause the bot to do a sort of back and forth motion when the mob becomes visible again after getting back in Winterspring. Just a heads up :) i also dont know how to remedy this. so any suggestions are helpful.

my bot just running around only attacks wen hit and no loot.

all things are set after your SS's

says Bad pull target blacklisting and finding another target.

Did you make this thread/profile due to the link I posted from wowhead on yoru chest thread? I'm just curious. If you didn't it's still cool because I like the plate set, lol. I was just wondering if my post inspired you to take that information and make a profile to farm the whole set.

My guess is, though, that you were already busy making a profile to farm these items far before I made my post. Either way, good stuff.

2. I searched wowhead for a farming spot
3. I wrote the profile :)

Been farming this for some time with this profile, works good with my Fury Warrior. No legpants or helm yet BUT the chestplate did drop!!! very happy!! Still looking for the pants.....

I have seen drop VANGUARD BREASTPLATE while farming for the glorious legs... It has the same skin of the glorious breastplate, but silver-blue colour. No luck with the legs too...
 
zuabros, are you using blood dps spec for these? I modified the hotspots to make then kill nonstop with a frost dk and it wastes runes to stay alive with death strike.
Going to play around with optimization, but i would imagine a diseaseless blood spec with DS,HS,DS,HS runic dump / HS,HS,HS,HS,HS,HS runic dump would kill these even quicker. I'll try to find a CC with rotation flexibility.
I also can't wait to test this out on a combat rogue, i would expect extremely high kill numbers granted it can keep both mobs within the cone of attack.
 
I like using blood DK... removing all damage-reduction points possible and adding all damage points make them a killing machine for PVE/Grind. If you remove all -damage talents, vengeance will proc a lot, and the +damage talents and DPS gear will make you au pair with blood / frost.
 
Been grinding 10 hours on average pr. day since you released this. No luck so far. Got one head that's it. I'll grind until banned or win
 
My toons with completed Hyjal quests are phasing out around the border with Hyjal, causing the bears to disappear, then phase in when out in winterspring again causing bears to appear. It confuses the bot, making it move back and forth chasing the disappearing bear. Is it possible to blacklist that area? 59, 92-93 are the wow cords

Frostmaul Giant 54 - 55 Winterspring A H 6 out of 42396.

BTW, the giants that are set to be avoided have a 3x higher chance of dropping them then the baers
