[Grind] Zuabros' Glorious Plate Set Farm

This is a profile to farm GLORIOUS LEGPLATES + GLORIOUS BREASTPLATE grinding Winterspring Bears.

Drop rates are "very" low, so I advise that it is intended for transmog freaks like myself. Keep in mind that it may take days for the legs to drop. I suggested levelling skinning at one of your chars if you want to run this profile seriously.

For you transmog freaks, here is my contribution. A set of profiles that will gather GLORIOUS PLATE SET. It is a marvelous bikini-style plate set.

Legs have very low drop rate, and mobs are not so fast respawned. Only recommended to farm for personal use. This can be lucrative if you have a SKINNER char.

This is the Glorious Breastplate set with legs and chest.



Glorious Legplates



Grind Place: Winterspring South
Botbase: Grind bot
Mail: Yes (neutral at hyjal)
Grind Rate: 180 mobs/h
Grind Mob: Level 59-60 Rabid Shardtooth (bears), skinnable to Rugged Leather
Drop Rate: Expect one "good" thing every 1500 mobs grinded
What is supposed to drop: Glorious Legplates, Glorious Breastplate, and Glorious Headdress
Is this profile quick and dirty? Nope. Only profitable to skinners.
Issues: You better use something to delete Mixed Berries and Bear Flank from your bags (MrItemRemover plugin)
Recomendation: If you want to run this thing seriously, level skinning to 300 at one of your chars first.

Two items that people who transmog would buy from the AH for a lot of gold.

On Illidan-Horde I boguht several that were priced real low and resold them for 8k each (payed about 1k each). Same on KJ-Alliance, I had a low level alt that had 800g, bought these pants and flipped them for 15k 2 hours later.

Recommended to use "mritemremover" to delete mixed berries and bear flank..

Anyone else trying this haven any problems?when trying to loots its blacked out and says u dont have permission to loot..when i relog i can then loot the mob happens after 4 r so kills

you have an internal wow client or addon issue... disable all addons and clear your wow cache and see if that resolves it

I made a profile for farming the Breastplate... the problem is that the mobs are instant-respawn, and HB never is able to loot the mobs

I think I need a plugin that will enable HB to loot dead mobs even in combat...

Maybe a stupid question but have u seen legs dropped?

Edit: Going to try it over night guess i need more then that because it`s 0% drop chance 2 of 95336 on wowhead something like that

Made the profile today... it may take some times until we see the legs drop. It is very low drop. Others probably are easier to drop (gloves, boots, belt, and bracers)... they are farmed in silithus...

Farm thing: Glorious Gloves, Belt, Boots, Shoulder, and Bracer
Farm place: Silithus (start this profile anywhere in silithus)
Mobs level: 54-57
Kills: 250/h (unholy DK)

Drop rate: very low...

Those prices seem a little high ???, all the Glorious pieces can be had on my server for under 50g each, US relams all prices graph as per TUJ seem to be between 3g and 50000g for each items, I guess some relams can sell them for more than others. I'll give the profiles a whirl because your profiles are always good, I'll start pimping them high and see what happens. Cancelled my remote subscription on the weekend so i can't even get in and grab the cheap bits

EDIT: TUJ says there was one of each piece on my AH, get home and their is none, the 30 min window they were all taken ??? I think not.

The ones are worth selling are chest and legs only... others are usually better be bought than farmed, or you can get some similar-looking stuff with low price.

Now that the breast profile was finished - And got 8 glorious breastplates in one day (ROFL), I levelled a skinner DK (had none) to farm for the legs. I know it is gonna be a looooong grind, and I decieded that It would be necessary to skin those bears (rugged leather) otherwise the wait would be a waste of time (as I would never be able to sell the legs for as much as they would cost to me in comparison to mining elementium for the same amount of time it would take to farm them).

Now I have a level 62 DK grinding those bears nonstop, and getting heaps of Rugged Leather meanwhile... rofl...

I will just farm for ONE set of Glorious Legplates for my main, and that will be enough for me .

No glorious legplates drop so far... but lots of Rugged Leather anyway, that can be sold for a profit

Been running this for rougly 4k kills now. No luck so far, but got a few rares and other greens. There is a deman on my server, and people are offering from 50k up
