You need to start the profile in the halls.

Not that I know of, you may have to do the quest that is only attainable at 90.

Use this its 100% afk till you got to sell.

+rep with this addon and combat looter I got alot of keys harmony and sky shards.

Yes you have to be level 90 and Honored with golden Lotus to get quests to go here.

Weren't they supposed to respawn immediately after dying?
They take like a minute to respawn now.. so blizz prob. nerfed it
