Grind Profile to kill only specific mob by faction id?

As title says I want to set up a grind profile to kill only a certain mob in an area. I have looked up the mob on wowhead and thotbot and it says its a npc. I plugged in the number in faction id but it will target everything else in the area but what I want to kill Is there a trick to this?

use the dev tools popup window in hb
select mob
refresh button in target box
there's the faction
