Grind profile: Targeting mobs without using faction id.

I want to make a simple grind profile, that hunts down all the raremobs in legion.
Unfortunately these rare mobs have the same faction ID as many of the surrounding mobs, so I would have to add all the other mobs to the avoid mobs list, which is a lot of work.

Is there any other way to specify which mobs to kill in a grind profile, perhaps the entry id?
