I'm having the same issue as him. No solution found yet.

NOT resulted Me , but tries . I tried to move dx 11 to 9, and had the same problem . now it is working on another computer with windows 7 .

The problem is an interfering program on the original computer you were using. These articles will help you resolve the problem for the usual suspects:

It is possible you've a program that is not on our list. If so, you will have to do some detective work of your own. Please let us know if you find a new one. With 10s of thousands of programs a user may install, there is no way for us to test everything.

The problem is an interfering program... it just needs to be identified and removed.
