Grey window/Doesnt ask for key

I have checked all the recent post and tried the solutions (x86, clean re-installs) but still when I run HB it doesnt ask for a key and loads some greyed out UI. I have disabled all my virus protection in case it was deleting files on installation but still the problem persists. I have not used HB in a very long time and the log folder is empty so I dont even have a log to post.

There is no log in the folder. When I run HB it doesnt do anything just grey box . Here is a screen shot.

download and install this.
Download Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 from Official Microsoft Download Center
Download the X86, not the X64 or Arm Downloads.
after your done restart your pc.

I uninstalled all c++ and .net programs, restarted, DL'd the x86, run the HB installer, updated windows, restarted and STILL have the same issue. And HB still is not producing any logs.

Tried that and still the same result. I have comodo antivirus and also some AMD gaming software that is said to possibly interfere with HB. I tried closing both and then doing all clean installs but that didnt work either.

Edit: I uninstalled comodo and disabled the AMD software and still have the same problem. When I try to launch the HB launcher nothing happens after I click run. Any idea?
