Make sure you're not participating in BG bot trains, they're like a giant neon sign above you're head that says

"Report me"

Even with the paid stuff (Like BGfarmer), ban rates are still high. I was banned using the trial for that, and had to request my ban be lifted. They reduced permanent ban to 3 days. Will never farm BG again..too dangerous.
