Grater Rift stuck at level 1

Hey guys,
I have my torment level set to 10. when it does a Grater rift it sets to level 1. Without the Bot on its default is 50 when i play manual. my settings are right that i know of.

Also, how can I set what gem gets upgraded at the end?

open the adventurer settings and switch it to whatever level greater rift you want. And move the gems however you want as well.

I clicked on adventurer tab at the top i dont see what i need to click just see dumpers coroutines and tests.

You have to click on the Plugins tab at the top, then after making sure that both Adventurer & Trinity have a check mark--highlight Adventurer & press the config button. From that screen you will be able to select the level of Greater Rift to do, & also move gems up or down the list to upgrade them.
