[Grandfathered] Stars - Flurry From The Sky

Ok, .23 definitely broke something with cast times. Every few casts, the bot will just wait about half a second before continuing. This is killing the DPS. Log included.

I was trying to notice patterns or what was causing it, and I think Starsurge is part of the culprit..But it does it with Starfire an Wrath as well. Please please please look into this. Thank you. I used a fresh install of Honorbuddy for these tests. Did tests on Shattrath apexis daily, last boss from Skyreach heroic, and all of Everbloom heroic. Again, please look into this. It was not doing this in .22

Same here, my skyhigh dps went crap. So back to healing until it get fixed. But hurry, wanna tryout my new trinkets! ^^

Oh man I am so glad it isn't just me. All of the sudden with new version he just has so many delays! Whatever was changed with spellcasting needs to be rolled back or something..This is so bad now I can't even use balance druid anymore.. Please fix Mirabis.. :D

Hmm I didn't touch the casting method :o did HB update or something?

I do not think so..Using 757 of HB. Multidotting is also super slow now. It has like a small weird delay between every dot.. DPS is wrecked now. .22 I was top of DPS charts, even beating out people 10 ilvls ahead of me. Now I am only doing better than healers..lol

Hmm will take a look after University. All I did was stop double casts on stars urge and stellar flare :/

Yeah, I looked through changelog and have no clue what would cause it..but its like every cast of anything, almost every time, he just stops and waits a second. Sometimes he won't, but at least 80% of casts he does. The bot isn't lagging, it as all running really smooth, but he just has a delay after almost everything he does now. Lots of downtime now.

I am not too worried, I think you will have it fixed by the time raids come out, but yeah, I can't really do much now.. Good luck!

Can u try disabling latency scaling?

Tried, and it doesn't seem to change anything.

I have been letting it run on a training dummy (dungeon mode), and I am noticing patterns. If starsurge is casted, it causes a delay. If it uses starfire and then goes to wrath, a delay happens. When it dot's, a delay happens. If it goes starfire > startfire > starfire (same spell), it is fine. Same with wrath > wrath > wrath is fine.

It just looks like changing spell rotation (because of lunar/solar phase changes maybe?) causes delays, and dot's also cause delay (dotting used to go so much faster. Now it is like dot..dot..dot). It is weird..I am messing with settings while it runs on target dummy and am just looking for why. Maybe I am way off and it is something else in changes in .23, but yeah, I realllly need this fixed.. Will try other tests if needed.

Will be home in an hour. Might be the throttle not scaling well with haste and speed enhancements. The Eclipse timer handles that, so there's no need for it to wait... Hmm

Cool. Currently doing heroic UBRS with latency scaling off. Will provide log.

Think I found the cause, I left some debug code in there... after each cast it will now (1) wait for lagduration (2) yield, and then continue. So untill new submission is approved, u could try to increase the TPS in Enyo
 
Pushed out a new version, awaiting store approval before it goes live.

Changelog:
  1. Tweaks for IsBoss #credits to alisha
  2. Rebirth no longer casted on units with Soulstone
  3. Fix delay between spell casts
  4. Decreased throttle for stellar flare
  5. Swapped around HealSelf and HealOthers, as they were reversed
