try to get as many mastery as you can, 660 pvp gear (chest,wrist) > heroic 670 gear with versatility/crit. Haste and multistrike is good too.

This isn't an issue, Manual style means you are using a manual botbase like Enyo, not that you are using manual setting within Leaves.

Leaves doesn't like it when you use the trial and Premium at the same time. You should disable trial in the Buddy Store > My purchases. Then remove the Leaves folder in the routines folder so it's like a fresh install.

My good sir, ty for the replay, I did follow this steps before coming and post in the forum, I even did try a fresh install of HB and then a disable leaves trial a enable only leaves premium. Still no healing,

That was me, what is your item level and what trinkets are you using? Also are you fully enchanted including mana on weapon? Also I must add that the 50k is only on butcher which is a patchwork fight, other bosses are a bit less.

All gems and enchants exept on staff is mastery, staff has spirit (as it was cheap) Trinkets: shards of nothing and emblem of gushing wounds. Candel is soo fucking expenisve atm..
