We used to be able to choose which % it would stop.
I suggest you change the order your gems are leveled within the Quest tool profile, and also once all gems are at 1%, the bot will bug out and leave game, not getting the experience. So you'll eventually get to the point where the bot bugs out. I would rather have 1% attempt at a gem than leave game before getting the exp.

there is no such option that improved the all to the 30%?
This makes no sense at all as it gets 35 level and then wants to improve stones on 4%
just as helpers on GR did not want to go to the next level.
