I m using the HD 7850 2GB,
One bot takes around 120MB of your memory, so a GPU with 1GB won't work. I ve tried the HD7770 1GB for example and it was maxed out after 8 bots.
Besides memory, you still need a powerful GPU. I ve tested the HD6670 2GB, i can run 9-10 bot, but it will be a bit laggy.
To sum up, don't go to cheap, it might costs you money.
