GPS Help

So I'm new to Archebuddy, I'm trying to set up a grinding profile for Goldbloom Sunflowers in the Golden Ruins. (Using the "The Grinder" plugin.) I've got it working decently, fighting the mobs and looting and everything. But I don't think I have the GPS settings set right. Since there seems to be little to no documentation on how to set up the GPS for a plugin like this, what should I do? If anyone has GPS files set up for this area already and wouldn't mind importing them I would be grateful, but I'd also be grateful for any help in how to set them up step by step. Thanks
