Now that HB2 is out, it's alot easier to make GoTo-profiles. All you need is the coordinate where you want to go to. I've often missed a flight path or two that I've needed to fly back to train, so I've had to run all the way back to get the missing flight path.

Now that HB2 is out, I can use all the coordinates for flight paths that I had gathered for my ppather profile back in the MMOGlider days. This means I have a rather big collection of goto-profiles now that I'd like to share. atm they're mostly alliance and a few neutral, but more will be added as I'm lvling my horde toon. If you have any that I'm missing and you'd like to contribute to the collection, feel free to send them.

I'm also going to add goto to the trainers in the different cities, so that the lazy ones can use a goto when you've flown to the city (yea, I'm that lazy).

UPDATE: I've now added more horde GoTo's, mostly some low lvl zones (belf start zone and moving to orc zone). I've also seperated Gadgetzan into horde and ally now.

UPDATE 2: More horde GoTo's. I've added the 2 from Nopenope plus alot when moving to Outlands as well as moving around in Outlands.

Notes:
Some of the neutral cities have an individual Flight Master for ally and horde. In these cases, the profiles will go to the alliance flight master so you'll have to walk to the other one yourself. atm this is affecting the following:
Silithus
Tanaris
Winterspring

I will probably update them to make one for each flight master at some time (mby not Winterspring as I rarely go there).

Correct, the long distance pathing still needs some adjustment.

I've tested only 2 of the GoTo's provided here. One that got me from bottom Desolace to top Stonetalon mountains and that worked flawless. Usually I only need to go back 1 or 2 zones (or to the fp in my current zone) to get to the capital so I can train. And for this, these are very helpful. For long distance, you might want to wait until a stable release of HB2 is out.

i got some too and trainer gotos.... pretty neet with the goto maker here on the boards

Please share them if you don't mind. It is indeed easy to make GoTo-profiles (especially with an exe to do it, although I think it's easier to just edit notepad). But even if you have an exe to create them for you, you still need to get the coordinates. This thread is meant to be a collection of all the relevant coordinates put into gotoprofiles so you don't need to go there yourself to get the coord in the first place.

What long-distance paths don't work? I personally test each new batch of meshes by generating a path from Booty Bay to Light's Hope Chapel for Eastern Kingdoms, and Silithus to Moonglade for Kalimdor.

I haven't had problems either. I haven't tried travelling further than 2 or 3 zones though. I guess that's sort of long-distance also

One I couldnt get to work was Felwood northern, from ratchet, it just went in under the bridge in ratchet and started spinning.

Is there anyway at all to find co-ordinates without visiting them first? It would be pretty good to have an app that you could just click on a map and it tells you... would make profiles far quicker to make.

I remember that there was such an app at the Glider forums, I just can't remember the name of it. It might also not be there anymore.

Would be good if HB picked up new flight points from flight masters automagically. Not sure if the green exclamation mark is flagged the same as the yellow ones of the quest givers though.
