Got some lagging problem(solved)

I been using DB for a while and works perfectly fine, until last month it starting lagging like an old computer, the more bots the more lags.
I got i7 CPU + double 8G GTX970m GPU so I'm sure my hardware are just fine,
so I tried everything that I can find online such as
update hardware
run with single graphic card
run as adm
turn off /delete antivirus
reboot computer
and even had restore several times and got a clean win10 pro reset whole system and did format everything before set up the computer. now I changed the config of D3 of the hardware class into 1 it kind helps a little but still pretty lagging compare with what I had before. and also one thing bothers is the games works perfectly find by itself, seems only lag when DB is running. hope anyone can help me fix this

and theres a log file I had attached .View attachment 9300 2016-03-27 22.52.txt

turns out something messed up my power saving system. its plugged in but not charging so i just repluged it and no more lag now

tried to set D3 process on a higher than normal priority?

whats your antivirus?

yep, also tried that, I set D3 and DB both on realtime, and I only kept the windows defender but I put DB at the skip file. also sorry for the late reply, just got back home from school. also found out the FPS only around 6-7 ish

I had checked that from other people's report. anyways, seems its has part of the problem with the older version of GeForce drive. I just updated the newest driver released on today
GeForce Experience
Version 2.11.2.46
Release Date Mon Mar 28, 2016
Language International
File Size 43MB
and now running much much better but still, its more lag when turning on DB, turn off or pause will get the fps back to 45-60 ish and when DB is on, it drop mellow 10, like 6-8 fps
and this is with [Trinity 2.14.45.1] TPSActual=30
btw my cpu is i7-4910MQ with 2.90 GHz
so anything else can improve? and my laptop had been restore the whole system last week so it is very clean that's why I don't think there's any problem from listed in that link.

are those two log files enough? I'm running DB tonight so tomorrow can have another too I guess

pm me your Skype and we will teamviewer it

oki, my skype ID should be but I cant answer it cause I have full day class, so is it ok we do it on weekend ? or I wont be home at night. my time zone should be in central America 11:16am should be the time I sent this message.

I acctually have this exact same problem, im running a super computer with gtx 970 i7 rog motherboard and i can barely run two clients at the same time. Ive been going threw all the same steps and im just at about the point im going to reinstall to see if that helps.

mine was running actually perfect until last windows updates or the graphic driver update also the game update (all happens in almost same day)= = just have no idea what actually is the problem but like suddenly it happens and starting lagging with low FPS cause so many updating at same time I'm not sure what is the problems. I reboot my system several times and everything is re downloaded so reinstall may not help much.

the problem is solved .... finally found out the reason of all the lagging, nothing about software and been wasting time for doing all the stuffs. its just a problem after windows update and cause my battery not working regularly. so what I did is just unplug it and replug the power core = = yes just replug it and everything went perfectly fine now .... I was actually found out my cup was locked at 0.78GHz then noticed that all of my fan was down and the battery icon says (plugged in but not charging)
