Got scammed for ~1.5b gold :(

Last night i was trading my gear/gold for some things outside of diablo and the deal went wrong so i'm left without around 1.5b gold.
I'm open to any suggestions what to do to return my losses or even to ban the bastard as i don't really care that much about the gold...
gold was botted so i suppose asking for rollback will get me banned and is it better just to call them and say i sold this guy the gold for real money outside of rmah so we both get banned?

I dont care either about the account or gold i just want to get even with this romanian low life
 
Your lost. if you use d2jsp, you could of got a mediator. You can't get even since you took the risk and made deals OUTSIDE of diablo. If you sell gold to chinese/shady sites, its your fault for trying to be greedy if you get scam
 
Yes, but if i call blizz and say i sold him the gold will that get us both banned atleast?
 
not much you can do besides following that person on that forum and making sure he can't trade with other people
 
how the fuck do you ppl manage do farm billions -_- and ur even saying thats its not a big deafl for u, loosing 1,5b lol.. i would be devistated.
anyway, sor for ur loss, i too was scammed too many times by crooked faggets, so now i only use legit ways to trade
 
well, selling 1.5b to a new person is a big mistake. Use rmah or only really trusted shops (only if you know a lot of detais about them, like phone # or even physical address).

he is a trusted and old member on d2jsp so i felt safe... but obviously i was wrong!
loosing 1.5b is not a big deal for me coz i dont care about diablo anymore and anyway as i said its botted... i'm just lucky that i didnt send him 200$ more as firstly required lol
 
jsp really, really sucks.
NEVER trade anything with worth there.
i have been scammed there several times since D3 started.

(when D2 had it's best time it was save, but now there are way to many bastards around)
 
Well, to ease your suffering you can just report the scammer to Blizzard. Worst gets to worse at leas you have some chance. Ohhhh I forgot... you made a deal outside RMAH hmmmm..... Blizz dont entertain stuff that deals outside RMAH. So yeah, its ok to cry.. :p

they put the rmah up for a reason, i really cant feel sorry for you. you got greedy and wanted to 'scam' blizzard yourself and it backfired
 
OK, at least provide a link to his profile and provide his name and details on owc and d2jsp forums. Some fools sell their "old, trusted with a lot os msges" accounts and let the bastards scam ppl there.

Still, as u can see so far, nobody thinks you could get back at him via blizzard, as from your position it's not the best course to take. Put yourself in his shoes, stalk, see what he wants most and scam him if you wanna get back =).

maybe because he enjoys the benefits of playing, without wasting alot of time, ALOT of jobs that make good money require time....


I feel your pain happens to everyone eventually if you go without a mod, considering the amount u traded.... I woulda done it in at least increments if without a mod. Take it and make 8 transactions out of it, that way he could only screw u out of a 8th of it. Wouldnt hurt and u can report him there. Screen shots posts pm's ...
