tbh I think I deserved it...

Regardless I would thank the buddy team for making this awesome bot, although I made only like 600USD, but it felt great and I am reliefed.

UPDATE: I made joke about the suicide part, but actually wrote a decent appeal(about 1100 words long), called customer center and they lifted my account to an 48hr suspension

well I emphasis the fact that I am a much MORE DEDICATED PLAYER and an ABSOLUTE LOYAL blizzard gamer compared to other players, and I don't have any interests but playing diablo 3 16-18hrs a day. (just about everything and made myself sound like a blizzard slave/fanboy )

In addition, blizzard actually have CHAT RECORD for every banned account, and I told them to check mine( since I usually supervise while botting and give friendly tips to new players/etc, helping ppl gear barbs, ) . Apparently, they got uncertain after viewing my chat record and other factors( I gave them fact that I do uber mp10 runs almost 3 times every night which is actually true), they decided to give me a warning instead of perma ban!

I guess for those that did get banned will have a chance to lift their account if they had some sort of ' human behavior traits' in the past few weeks.
