Got banned from game.

I got banned like two days ago, and and whats gonna happen to my game characters?
are they gonna be deleted?
and am I gonna be able to purchase the game in the same blizzard account?

you lose all progress. It's like you never had the game.

You can buy another diablo copy on the same account but you start again at 0 progress.

I run 24/7 from start of season to end of season, never been banned. Mistakes are getting to high too fast

My account was banned too, and starting to believe there is something to that idea of getting too high too fast as I was able to hit the top 30s a few weeks ago. Alas, all anecdotal...

But my question now is this: For those who've been banned before, when did you go back to botting? I haven't been able to pull the trigger on restarting DB yet, but this manual grind makes it so tempting...
