In the Support forum, please open your own new thread rather than piggyback on someone else's. We've done the courtesy of splitting out your post.

As to your problem...
Not sure this is the right log. Let's do this:

• Make certain the dependencies are intact. Follow the steps for "Repairing it manually" here:
  
  BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:Missing Dependencies​
  
  
• Do a clean install as described here:
  
  Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

If no joy, a fresh log from the 'clean install', please.

It appears your Honorbuddy is not installed correctly. Let's delete the C:\Users\JohnMacklyn\Music\z folder completely.

And, do a new install of Honorbuddy by carefully following these instuctions:
