Got 2 acc banned - Abuse of the Economy

Hi guys,
Got my 2 acc banned , one of them were off-line and the other one farm ores in Uldum.
Now Iam not sure how to write them back.
The intrested thing is that i never spam the AH , sell or buy gold with those acc's. just send beetwen them a lot of mail.
Does some one can help please ?

Pretty sure its the mail that is getting everyone banned. It only makes sense that blizzard is logging these mats being transferred through the mail and ban the sending account for abuse.

It seems the account getting the mail does not get banned at least. Probably to keep people from purposely getting people banned by spamming them with mail.
 
Same thing here, 2 Accs get banned at the same time as the topic writers. (sry for my bad english^^)


Same email, didnt sell any gold or mats. i did only send it over the mailbox. i think blizz is scanning the mailbox.

@syntex: EU or US?

To all: Can you give me a help what i can write into the ticket? i think its a automatic ban. will i get my mats back ? (they are still in the mailbox)

hmm freaky i just had 2 accounts banned as well just 10min ago for the same reasons...the two accounts were feeders for another account to prospect/disenchant they didnt farm much do 5hrs every second day
 
3 accounts banned today...1 hour ago, for the same reasons, but never sell gold or sth. like that, only post transfer -.-
 
thats absurd, i mean, why should it not allowed to send herbs, ores, etc. to another char (for free!)...and for that a bann....sad sad sad :(

I dont know what to write about the sending beetwen 2 acc , both on one name. Cant think about some reason :)
 
I got 3 accouns banned earlier today, at about the same time as yours. They were also never involved in selling mats on the AH or any other way, neither were they involved in gold sales. Got a similar mail to yours as well. Seems they had some reports piled upand banned us all at once. Has nothing to do with HB being detected tho, a lot more would have been banned today if that was the case. Anyway, I assure you that a lot of botters are reporting other botters. I even had an argument the other day with another botter. He dared to attack me and even threaten me despite he being a botter himself. The community is getting worse and worse every day. That's not even a last resort, it's lower than that.

I don't know how it feels when you report a fellow botter but you reap what you sow, with that in mind each one of us should do some thinking priot to doing such things.
 
Got the main acc back , still try to unban the second one.

After a careful investigation of your account closure, we have agreed to remove the permanent suspension of your account from the World of Warcraft servers.

This change has already been put into effect, and your account should again be available for play.

We have also removed your recurring subscription details from the account; you will not be billed again on this card unless you enter the details again manually. Once the current subscription is over, if no further payment details are added, your account will become frozen

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reply to this ticket and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Just tell hem that I didnt sell or buy gold and I dont know what the hell they want from me.
Only in another words :)
 
Got banned 3 hours ago, got banned 5 min after when I mailed my herbs from my bank to my main.......
Called them and he said I was banned because of botting.
 
could you please tell mi which plugin were you using? i have a suspect....
