When people type 5/5 banned, they mean that they got banned on 5 out of their 5 accounts, not that they have a schedule like that.
As to schedule. Noone knows =) You can probably do 24/7 (meaning no sheduler). Maybe you can't and need to have a believable schedule going (which is aything between 10-16 hours a day, 5-7 days a week). That greatly depends on GGG's account investigation team and their techniques.

Never go 24/7 on poe, nevah. Tbh, the Schedule isn't really a problem in this game, the issue is the bot behavior, stucks, and other players, as in any other games.
I use to run 11-14 hours per day, whole week. not scheduled tho, the start/stop time can vary.
PainfulDeath is right, it's all about investigations/autobans.
