I dont have to prove a thing to you, but just because you are kind of a dick I will gladly show anyone but you who PMs me exactly where to start the run and what settings to use to hit 70k easily. Even over 3+ hour runs it still keeps up the 70k avg

I went to disneyland, CA (just SE of Los Angeles) ... of course i got a soft ban, but it lasted all of 2 minutes.

I just let it keep trying to loo stuff and eventually it was able to and then everything was good to go!

I would not recommend this on a 'main' acct that you use with your phone, but for other accts that you're simply leveling up and not using active devices - it should be fine.

I've been at Disneyland Toyko for an hour, I am averaging 52k per hour. This is at driving speed, only catching pokemon and pokestops.
I cannot reproduce the 70k per hour.
