Good Item rules?

I would really appreciate if someone would take the time, to tell me what defines a good rule.(maybe with an example)

Already using it atm, but i often see it sell items worth 5m+.

I've set mine to:

weapon: 80000
Armor: 20000
Jewelry: 18000

I've never seen my sell anything good.

And I still got crap yellows in my inv most of the time, so I sell them..

If you want a good item rule make it your self. Just takes some time
