As i can see you stoping bot manually.
You maybe miss understoon how GoldBoss works, also i can see you using BotterHelper plugin, which you may not configured right.

So if you use GoldBoss + BotterHelper, you should do:
1) Set BG \ Dungeon Botbase on BotterHelper, make sure you have checked to queue new dungeons \ bg and Set BotBase which should be switch after invite come.
2) In GoldBoss setup only Questing \ Grinding etc Profiles (no BG \ DungeonBuddy). If you made changes in setup of Profiles queue in BotManager tab, restart Honorbuddy, to be on new settings for BotManager.
3) Start Honorbuddy running GoldBoss.

If you do so -> when invite come, BotterHelper will switch GoldBoss to BotBase you chosen for this action, i.e. BGFarmer \ BGBuddy for BGs. When it's done, it will switch you back. You should not manually stop\start bot or you can mess up process.

You also can run GoldBoss without BotterHelper, in this case you setup Queue (as you didn) and do not forgot to restart Honorbuddy if you already have it been started before making changes.
In this case it will run task one by one, so no Switching to tasks when invite come etc. It will run Profile#1 which you setup for required amount of time, in your case 30 minutes. Than go to other.
If you check Restart queue option - when profiles ends - it will rebuild queue to run in on non end cycle.

For your case i am pretty sure you that you made changes after already run Honorbuddy in current session, so you need to restart it.

Totaling i am recommending using GoldBoss + BotterHelper for max effect of using Questing/Grinding/Fishing profiles and Queue for BG/Dungeons in same time, so no time waste :)

For BotterHelper -> on its support page if have questsion (but there should be all clear).

There is no info on log, should be some run for ~5 minutes.
Also be aware it wont use mount for short distance, to be more human like, will only use for long enough :)
 
Could you explain me what it is doing ?
Last played wow 2 years ago and started yesterday again.
 
Is it possible to let the bot run a quest profile if all tasks are finished for now? For Example: The bot started all missions and all work orders, there is enough lumber, resources and whatever and then the bot start profile X for X minutes and check again if something is needed.

Sure, checkout Guide for BotManager.
 
I just bought and use this on my character for the first time.
My character now stuck at the fishing hut quest at the part where it needs to fish for the first time.
The bobbler will be opened but the items cannot be looted.
I have found out that addon I am using: http://mods.curse.com/addons/wow/shestakui
is not compatible with your loot command atm.
Please let me know if possible for you to fix, else I need to find a work around. thanks!

Hi, you need to disable that addon, some addons cause Honorbuddy not to work properly, because they rewrite original WoW Frames.
I will add it to auto disable on start on next release build.

There is no chance and reason to make compatibility to each wow addon which can exist, and can be updated at any moment, so answer is no, it not worth time.
 
A minor bug...
It attempts to use a hook which requires a fishing level that I don't have yet, every time it's fishing. :-)

Will add this check thank, didn't saw it have required fishing level Check settings i pretty sure you can disable it use.
 
No toon changing

I can't seem to get the relog feature to work. I was using hbrelog up until your update, and now Im trying to change over to the new system you have placed. However, whenever the profile ends for a toon it won't switch and gives me the error at the end of the log. Also, I've seen that people are having issues with the goldboss settings coming up every time a character logs. Has this been resolved somehow? Because its still doing it to my toons regardless of the fact that Ive already set it up.

You do amazing work, but this last update has me all turned around. Thank you!

Make sure you spelled character names and server correclty. it should be 100% same, with first capital.

Also, try last HBRelog version, updated and by me: https://github.com/alishahb/HBRelog/releases

p.s. you do not need to setup all toons in HBRelog just one -> first one.
