You can bot in many ways. Usually one distinguishes between crash n burn botting and casual botting.
Crash and burn:
24/7 online time
Bot using a level 90 character because Bchests are cheap.
Grinding same profitable dungeon over and over
Taking the ban after roughly 2 weeks.
Casual botting:
Bot no longer than 6-10 hours a day.
Bot using a level 100 pimped out character (ilvl 640>)
Grind what is most profitable to sell or to craft.
Since you're asking I assume you're the #2 option. I think you should check your AH, then make a profile that farms the most profitable mats for cooking/alchemy. Then craft those food-buffs or pots and sell them on the AH. Since you probably have few accounts you can micromanage them a lot which will increase your profits by a ton. Never sell raw meat, always craft it to food etc etc..Cut out all the middle men.
Botting to sell gold is not at all as profitable as it used to be 2-3 years ago. Nowadays people just do it because they think its fun and they're bored.
