Gold vs Item farm

100k~ DPS DH running on Alk v3y

Trin .16, DB beta 140 (or whatever the latest beta version is :P).

Edit: Forgot to include that I'm P80+ and with about ~50% GF from items.

How long does it take for you guys to sell your higher priced items? i recently found some 35-40 dollar items and i am debating to sell them for about 20-25 dollars after selling on gold market, or to wait it out on the RMAH, which has been sketchy for me lately
 
selling on rmah is hopeless, just take the cut and sell for gold

If it doesn't sell within 24 hrs I usually re-list the item, especially for cheaper items (<20mil). I can't tell you how many times I've overpriced an item because it had a high roll on a bogus stat (E.G. vitality).

yeah thats what i figured, and what i have been doing lately. Economy has changed a lot and everyone knows it.
I did a little test, now its not perfect because i obviously dont have two of the same item. but i put a 45 dollar ammy on the gold AH for about 36-37 dollars in gold and it didnt sell in 24 hours. i also put a boots, climbers, which makes me think its a totally unfair comparison. worth about 35, for 35, and they did sell within 24 hours. i was actually about to move them over to the goldside of the world, but am glad i didn't.

why i am even posting this. for me, it was nice to know that people still buy shit on the RMAH, maybe some others will too

Can you please share what profile do you run?
Are you picking yellow and blue items? Do you salvage items? Light blue?
Or do you just pick gold piles and legs?

Well u havent asked me but i might tell u what i use to have 550-650gph + items.

Run WW barb with gear for 30-40kk (im using ik set for 5-set-bonus +passive which prevent ur barb from loosing rage but i might try to gear my new bots with gear worth about 10-20kk w/o 5bonus set) + tinkazier profile [i love this one, gonna donate that guy soon] (im using 0.5 but i belive 0.7 might be good, havent chcked it yet:)) +db +yar if u want to automatize everything +unstuckme+gile's trinity.

White mobs range ~20
+dont pickup plans,
+ pickup only red and green gems
+ ilvlpickup 59 armor + weapons and jewelery 57 or smth like that, cant remember accurate numbers
+ Stashing items: im already testing it to avoid a lot of crappy items, but it may a while b4 i set it right :) right now smth like: weapon 79k, armor 21, jewelery 19k
+ w8 for drop - 100ms
+minimum gold pile about 400
+dont avoid AOE

Skills: i dont know eng names of these skills :/ w/e ive made it on calc for u, its polish version but u will figure things up :)

I've shared my profile info, and that's pretty well all I'm willing to do to be blunt. You're all competitors :).

I've adjusted some settings here and there and continue to do so as I level up in Paragon. Think about your builds + itemization. You want to be as much of a minimalist as possible.
 
Things are getting better, just sold few items for ridiculously high prices. So maybe i wont be so unlucky after all *knock on wood*.
 
yep is quite strange
count not sell anything and there is a week u just earn good..

question is, with barb u running mp0 or 1?
my stats are 80k dps (pre shout and overpower), 500+ res, 7 radius, and i am running mp0..
any suggestions?
