Yes hopefully they ban the Chinese/Moldovian farms and leave us DB users OK.

Nice to see that they can hotfix RMAH numbers, but cant buff skill numbers without a real patch... See what they care about: making sure the gold spammers dont make money they dont get a cut of.
 
Wow. I wonder how long it will take to hit the bottom again. Gold will be worth 3,60?/$ per bil.
 
They are changing the gold.

we will be applying a hotfix in both the Americas and European gameplay regions, increasing the maximum stack size for gold listings on the real-money auction house from 10 million to 50 million *. (As with previous changes, the minimum price per stack will remain at $0.25.)

So you can in fact post 50m for .25 cents :-(
 
pretty sure this will be the end to my botting days. theres no way its worth it on any level now. not unless you use it for actually playing the game and not for making $.
 
I am loling at blizzard right now... because they just made selling gold just for botters.
I mean that if you a legit player and just want to sell some gold for whatever reason you now need to have 50mil to do so :D
 
It used to take 1 month to cover one D3 + DB key for me. Not considering the electricity bill ... now it is going to take 5 month.

I would need 5 times more bots to make the same money per day and that is just not possible.

I'm glad I didn't buy any more CD key.
 
I'll quit botting and keep my p100 chars for multiboxing or something like that.
 
Only 1 day after announcement, goldprices dropped down by ~10% :) If no bans this week, we will see another 10% until weekend. Happy botting :confused:

Edit1: Ok, next 10% drop just happend and its not stoping... Price is now ~15?, later today it will hit 14? and it will drop down further to ~10-12? per b until weekend ;) Never ever try to play with chinese "farmers", blizz wont learn their lession...
Edit2: Just checked US market. Pricedrop is insane there. Atm it hit the 11?. Weekend we can see ~8? per b...
 
wtf 50m for .25 cents?? hahahahaha only an idiot will bot with these changes. Ill just save my electricity and quit D3

Risk vs reward is coming into play now, I mean we are really at rock bottom now, how much worse can this game get? Botting now is likely just going to end getting hit with a ban wave with next to no profits, so better to just miss it an start botting again next year or something.

Botting really is dying :S
