going for 1-90, how to have bot pick a spec at level 10?

I downloaded a CC or CS, whichever for the spec I am going to level. But I'm level 4 right now and will be afk for when it dings level 10... how do I make it pick the spec I want upon dinging 10?

I also want it to pick talents for me.
