Going AFK!

Ok so I have just started using HB.
Im running around killing mobs, healing, repairnig, and training fine...

BUT I keep going AFK, but yet im still running around, with a big AFK above my head.

How do I stop this, or what do I do so that im not AFK, as thats a dead give away!

Ok this is still a problem for me when I leave my machine.
I have the addon installed.

But WoW seems to go afk even while im running around.
Its only when i use my computer that it doesnt put me as afk.

I normally play in windowed mode, and currently its behind other windows as im doing some work.
But my mate MSN'ed me saying im afk but running around, when I went to lunch.

Any clues?
I have restarted multiple times.
