Thanks for the feed back I hope it's not to much of a headache to be able to keep up with both platforms.

Does this mean we have to buy all the CRs again if we decide to move to the new platform with you? Which obviously we have no choice but to do.

If I've bought the full GS bundle before BuddyStore was there, is it possible for you to see this? :) Of course I have a e-mail confirming the purchase.

I dont mind rebuy it again since i injoy this profile but i wish the copy which it gonna be to another bot has full profile that work in BG arena and everywhere
 
So you guys don't even know who your customers are if they bought it through the buddystore? Wow how shitty is that? Sucks that you don't have access to that info from HB.

If we bought bundle cr before buddystore is it possible to transfer to new bot?

It might be of benefit then to create a thread for you guys to collect the data from current BuddyStore customers for when you port over. Something you can cross reference for when the CRs launch on the new bot-base. I know I personally spent money on 6 of your CRs that I'd prefer not to have to re-spend if I can help it, though I understand that something might need to be done considering you'll be updating across two platforms with every release.

That being said, a thread where we can PM you our info and you mark off usernames in some way (maybe for a discount on the new bot-base) would go a long way towards customer service. Definitely can't wait to see what you guys have in store for the new bot, though.

Even if you don't have to re-buy all the CR's, you should to support him and the work that he does because hes supporting us and doing the best he can to help us arena-ers.

For this exact reason. they dont want you to build a team, move and then make money without them. that simple!
