For anyone curious, here's a good FAQ I found created by the R1 War (Playing Arms) on US currently. I think it would answer a lot of questions many of you may have.

Q. What is the current state of Arms Vs. Fury warriors?
A. Arms seems to be a better spec for comps where you are putting spread pressure on the enemy team I.E. Comps like WLS/WLP/WLD (War/lock). Fury ATM is better for single target pressure and single target damage in comps like KFC/TSG and other cleaves.
*It still comes down to personal preference. Both specs are extremely viable.
Q. Arms Warrior’s Stat Prio?
A. Str>Mastery>Vers>Crit>Haste(?)
Q. Arms Warrior’s Talents?
A. T1: Juggernaut is probably the best choice here. Warbringer is really situational and can be taken when you want to peel a lot vs a cleave team. T2: Enraged Regeneration (no other viable options). T3: Sudden Death - I feel like with the current stat prio I’m pursuing SD grants a good amount of extra damage from executes (mastery). (**I may revert back to Taste for Blood if I forgo the warriors 4pc set bonus to stack more VERS). T4: Shockwave : Grants the most amount of control from this tier of abilities for Peels/Kills. T5: SafeGuard/Mass Spell Reflect : MSR vs teams that have a lot of control and hunter teams for reflecting traps on your healer. Safeguard vs cleave heavy teams. T6: BladeStorm - Best choice here. 1m CD that does alot of damage and breaks and prevents CCs if timed correctly. T7 : Anger Management - Nothing else is viable.
Q. Glyph Choices?(ARMS)
A. Main glyphs that I use are : Rude Interruption, Shattering throw (vs Mage/Pal), Mortal Strike (vs teams that may focus you off/on), Heroic Leap (Extremely useful for chasing down kill targets), Bull Rush (very good if you’re not using TFB), Blitz (for peeling your healer).
Q. Damage Rotation? (ARMS)
A. More or Less like this : Charge>Rend/Hamstring>CS>MS>SD>WW>MS>CS>SD - etc. You want to try and make sure you have CS up before you MS or SD
