First of all that's a very weird font. You might want to install consolas for a better experience.

Now for your settings this tab doesn't seem wrong although I don't know if you're using custom interrupt lists or if you are in pve mode (general tab).
Can you try using default settings by deleting/renaming the honorbuddy/Settings/GladiatorSuite/Hunter/Hunter_Name.xml and try it in a BG?

i have deleted the settings and tried it still wont interupt i have also reinstalled HB still nothing.

If it's not interrupting CCs/Heals with default settings + interrupt next heal/CC toggle enabled then I really don't know how to help you.
So just to make sure you tried downloading the latest honorbuddy version and extracted it to a new directory. Then you start the honorbuddy executable from this directory without changing any settings other than setting the hotkeys for interrupt next heal/CC. Now you join a BG, switch on the interrupt next heal/CC toggles and it's not interrupting anything?

I have no idea what you're trying to do but you can always attach a log of your attempt.
If you're using older settings you might have to delete the settings file at honorbuddy/Settings/GladiatorSuite/Hunter_ClassName.xml
but without log this is just guessing

Unfortunately that is something we have no control over.
If you are sure that you enabled streaming for the CR (see wiki) and that there was nothing wrong with the payment,

It does that when you have auto explosive trap enabled

Disable the tier 2 talent options at Routine > Defensive > Tier 2 Talent

From the tooltip explanation I understood that all these options regard the Freezing Trap usage. Either automatically ( 1st row) or on certain conditions.
Are the 3 traps on the bottom line independent? If that is the case, could you please add one empty row to make it easier understandable on stupid people like me whose english are not that good?

edit: Could you seperate those 2 conditions on explosive trap? I would like the trap only on the binding shot debuff, I don't want it on melee.
