Could we get some response or acknowledgment here please? I've reported the serpent sting/mass reflection bug before with zero feedback.
People want to know if there is any progress on the missed traps issue.

As customers and regular users of your suite we'd like some feedback please. We understand you may be busy however selling a product with a good customer base, your key priority should be engagement with us on eta.

We tested traps extensively yesterday and I really don't know what people are talking about.
I've never seen it throw a trap elsewhere when the unit was standing still and casting.
When moving it's obviously only accurate when the unit keeps walking in the same direction it did when the trap went off.
If you don't like the trap prediction you can also use the hotkey that throws the trap on your mouse location.
We also noticed that the trap on certain debuffs was bugged which should be fixed next update.

As for the spell reflect issue I must have missed that from you previously but I found the issue now
 
I have noticed you cannot mouse over freezing trap if you are not in combat I get a "There is nothing to attack" message works fine in combat. The focus gives same message but the trap still gets placed. Other traps fire/ice does not give this message or the in combat for mouse over issue.

There are 2 freezing trap hotkeys. One is predicting movement and works on mouse over units and the other one is for mouse location. You might be using the first one
 
The trap radius nerf does indeed bring some missed traps here and there - it's normal, pro's miss a lot of traps as well. I've found it's better to go towards the trap target and stick around for a bit so it can get slowed as well, then attempt to trap. Also, as others have mentioned, there is a very rare bug where it will throw the trap to a seemingly random location on the map. It's quite hard to replicate, as (for me) it only happens once every 20-30 successful traps. Maybe even less frequent.

Speaking of bugs, I've found that the "bring pet back if attacked by 2 players or if lower health than x" doesn't work, maybe you can take a look at it? I had to manually bring my pet back after I sent it in and it was hammered by 2 dps's all the way to <10% health. Checked settings and they were set-up properly for this.

All in all, this CR has been working amazingly for me!

The only thing I can think of that would throw it very random is when using the mouse location/focus hotkey and releasing the right mouse button before it throws the trap. This can happen if the target's DR is too high or when using the CC auras required above x yards.

The code for the pet follow looks correct but I'll test it and let you know the results

Thanks for the quick reply, Toizi. The rare bug with the trap happens when I'm using the "trap healer" hotkey. As I said, it is extremely rare and to be honest, it doesn't bother me that much.

EDIT: I've just found a very bad bug, maybe you could take a look. If they kill your pet, the CR will bug out and only spam call pet (when it should spam revive pet).

new to HB and also new to using the suite. i do however have a question i have noticed using this cr for my MM hunter he does not cast "rapid fire" is there a place i can configure it to do so?

Rapid fire will be used when burst is triggered so check the auto burst setting.
If you hover over the text it should also show tool tips explaining the options

this may be a dumb question but when i try to set hot keys like shift + q or shit + w it uses blizzard commands and moves forward and back. how do i fix this
