Did you run the demonbuddy wizard as an administrator? Seems to fix *most* problems.
Three of my bots are running on that exact same copy of windows, so I don't think that is your problem
 
Do you have any info about getting more bans using command -launch for multiple bots?
 
Guys, I am new to Champion Hunting.
Please advice: the profile is for farming elites, but what is the farm for? Is that for Legendary and Set items?
If yes, how should DB determine that he finally picked a valuable item? Should I use some plugin for bot to determine its value?
And what should bot do if the picked item is valuable? Automatically put to stash or place a new lot at Auction House?

No. Sorry. It will take a little more effort than that, although there are currently people working on full act questing profiles.
