Getting stuck in AV all the time

I set my bot to Archeology + BG bot mixed mode but every 30 minutes or so it gets stuck somewhere in AV and it logs itself out. It happens completely random but happens a lot. Anyone else having the same issue? I'm trying PVP bot now to see if it's better.

I'm running the same this weekend (AB+AV) but it's mostly running fine for me. Occasionally I get stuck but certainly not every 30 mins.

Are you running BG bot or PVP bot? I know in the past ( quit wow for 5 months, came back 1 week ago) I used to be able to bot random battlegrounds for every night of the week without a single disconnect or stuck, that was before the BG bot existed and I used PVP bot.

Considered trying pvpbot instead? I've not had any logouts due to being stuck in the past 20 hours of AB/AV I've run (not in a row, mind you). It gets stuck but dismounts and gets out of it.

For me its annoying when running from alliance side, *AV* it stops once u get up the first hill after the downwards one, and runs back think it doesnt have enough to base its logic on where to go. and up the hill right after bunker there is a cannon or something always get stuck on its right side on a lil thing sticking out

otherwise... I love this bot and everyone who made it

I ran BG Bot on the weekend, fighting logic was fine, pathing was bad, quite a few stuck spots. Should of taken some screen shots, just before you go into the village where Drek is, gets stuck on the braziers (I think these were only added with Cata ?) and just tries to run with your mount 90 deg to ground. Reported in another thread getting stuck on tank turret somewhere, I forget the place, near one of the towers.

I actually got an in game message from Blizzard, I had been reported by other players for afk (using bog standard AV profile, and playing by hand now and then) and had 1 hour to log into my account or get a suspension. I logged into it and I didn't get a suspension at all, could log in fine today to.

Agreed, I have no idea why it does this and runs back, you can clearly see who else is running HB , For Aliance it is always the same start, ride to Galv, kill him, cap a few towers and wait outside for Drek and rush in. Would be nice if the default profile could simply go kill Galv, them spend it's time just running up and down the different towers (randomly), would not stick out as a bot so much.

As for taking shortcuts and not the road, not always the best idea, ziging and zaging so close to trees/tanks/braziers creates many stucks. I would like to see the slow and steady approach to road travel instead of the "if your nuts are hanging to the left and not the right you won't make the turn approach"
