As to your problem...
There is an issue with Honorbuddy .517's evaluation of certain If predicates used by profiles. We'll need to wait for another HB drop for this to be repaired. In the meantime, your choices are:

• Hunt down the offending line in the profile, comment it out, and do that quest manually
  This may be a non-trivial task, as there may be many such offending predicates in the profile.
• Find another profile to run for the while (pvp, grinding, harvesting, etc.)
