Getting items of pokestop 8a89246e6bb74beb9aa8d852588b9bb3.12 failed. Trying again.

Can someone explain how to fix this problem?
I went through the whole forum and I have never found an answer...

everywhere admin added a link ... how to report this problem ... I did Report it 2 days ago and there is no answer .... I think that 95% of mebers are waiting to solve this problem ....

SO PLS POST SOMEWHERE HOW TO FIX THAT ..... if i dont get answer i will change pokefarmer

I start pokefarmer. Its normaly working ... 1,2,3 pokemon caught, then went for the pokestop, received items.... went for another pokemons, and after that he went to the same pokestop and got errors..... i restarted pokefarmer 20 times, i changed for car 50km speed, 21km speed bike, i changed for walking.... nothing help to me....

you can see... he is working but only for 1 minute....

you're softbanned... easy as that.. you've just jumped to far away from where you're supposed to be..
dont worrie.. you'll get the hang of it
 
It is NOT softban !! it is always returned to the same pokestop .....
 
Okay.. lets not throw the "softban" around then... you're getting a timeout.. i've gotten it several times.. just start and stop the bot a few time for like 10-15 min and it's working fine again
 
stopped and started bot again. now are no more pokestops to see and bot just IDLE
 
You're soft banned. All you have to do is let the bot continue to try and collect from the pokestop for about 40+ times and then the soft ban will go away on its own.

Bot will fix it itself

Just continue to watch it. The bot will fix it itself. sometimes when you walk to pokestops it will give an error aswell. So probably its the same error.
