Getting Frozen/Sync Errors, already went through the guide

This is the error im coming up with:

I've been attempting to get it running all evening with no luck. Anything you guys can do to aid me?

On what OS are you?
 
This is the (Debug) log that shows up when I attempt to start the bot.

I'm running windows 7 and did the DL for the 3.5 frameworks.
 
Go at your control panel
Programms
Windows features on and off and check if your net framework is enabled


You can find you log in your Hb main folder under the subfolder logs
And you can attach it by hitting the go advanced button(bottom right)

well what is the solution for us computer illiterates :P

I'm a caveman when it comes to these things
 
I got the same error that time :(

And NOW im getting an error saying i used up all of my buddy sessions. I bought the lifetime package so idk why it would say that.
 
I feel like it may be a mesh issue but im not sure. I created a new folder for Mesh and picked that folder but im not sure what else I need to do.
