Getting Error trying to save the settings file: The file exists. Randomly...

The bot was working fine, ive downloaded nothing new and I've been botting all day with no problems... that is up until I took a shower and came back now my bot is spamming Error trying to save the settings file: The file exists. I've tried using a fresh honorbuddy install, shutting off my anti virus, (even deleting it, then fresh reinstall) and nothing seems to be working... I dont get how the bot could randomly just start doing this...
 
and I have windows 8.1 so I guess I cannot uninstall .net framework as its part of the OS... any help would be greatly appreciated.

check your anti-virus that its not removing or blocking access to honorbuddy files.
reDownload the latest version of honorbuddy. http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.
 
try moving your honorbuddy installation to a diffrent location and make sure theres no applications trying to read or write to the honorbuddy folder.
 
tried everything, moving the folder, running administrator, fresh install, buddy wizard, the buddy fix thing, etc... still getting Error trying to save the settings file: The file exists.
 
create a new windows admin acc and try to run Hb from your new acc plz
