i just bought it and never used it before but when i start it just after i log in i get this error[FIXED]

I have gotten that many of times using the plugin cowstats if by chance you have it enabled in you plugin folder you can delete it.

In most cases, its because of a firewall or antivirus.

Make sure you are actually in-game and logged in to a character before starting HB, mine crashes whenever I'm not logged in to WoW or if I'm at the character selection screen.

nope i just tried disabling both of them and i still got the error

fixed it by putting it in window mode

we dont support wow in full mode
