Getting accounts locked

randomly today i went to setup my bots like normal and each one of them would get locked as i tried logging in. the first one i unlocked but the second i cant bcuz i forgot the first and last name used. on tope of that i have 4more bots im afraid of logging onto bcuz i lost all their names and dont want them to lock.

my question is: is there a way to unlock it without the first and last name?

before trying to login on said accounts to the actual game, log them on the battlenet website (eu.battle.net, us.battle.net). this will prevent getting them locked.

you can try to open a support tickets to get the account unlocked which you don't know the name for, however, recent events have shown that it might not always be the smartest idea to have them look into your stuff. i lost one account duo to this, i bought an account from a friend a while ago and he couldn't remember the info he used when registering. i can't be bothered to open support to get it unlocked, i'd rather lose one account then risking losing all.

Yeh I figured out I can just login on battle net n look up all my names for the remaining accounts.
